Laser cutting machine is a combination of high-precision components. In order to ensure its normal use, the equipment must be subject to daily maintenance. Regular professional operation can effectively reduce the impact of the environment on various components. Only when the maintenance is in place can they operate efficiently, trouble free and stable for a long time.
The main components of the commonly used thin film laser cutting machine are circuit system, transmission system, cooling system, optical system and dust removal system.
1、 Drive system:
The linear motor guide rail will produce smoke and dust after being used for a period of time, which will have a corrosive impact on the guide rail. Therefore, the organ cover should be removed regularly to maintain the linear motor guide rail. The cycle is once every half a year.
Maintenance method
Turn off the power supply of the laser cutting mechanism, open the organ cover, wipe the guide rail clean with a clean soft cloth, and then apply a thin layer of white guide rail lubricating oil on the guide rail. After the oil is applied, let the sliding block pull back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the sliding block. Remember not to touch the guide rail directly by hand, otherwise the guide rail will rust and affect the operation.
2、 Optical system:
Do not touch the surface of optical lens (protective lens, focusing lens, etc.) directly, which is easy to cause Scratch on the mirror. If there are oil stains or dust on the mirror, which will seriously affect the use of the lens, the lens shall be cleaned in time. Different lens cleaning methods are different;
Mirror cleaning: blow off the dust on the lens surface with a spray gun; Clean the surface of the lens with alcohol or lens paper.
Cleaning of focusing mirror: first blow off the dust on the mirror with a spray gun; Remove the dirt with a clean cotton swab; Use a new cotton swab stained with high-purity alcohol or acetone to move along the circle from the center of the lens and scrub the lens. After each week, replace another clean cotton swab and repeat the above operations until the lens is clean.
3、 Cooling system:
Maintenance method
1. Remove the dirt on the surface of the chiller with cleaning agent or high-quality soap. Do not use benzene, acid, grinding powder, steel brush, hot water, etc;
2. Check whether the condenser is blocked by dirt. Please use compressed air or brush to remove the dust of the condenser;
3. Replace the circulating water (distilled water) and clean the water tank and metal filter screen;
4、 Dust removal system:
After the fan works for a period of time, a large amount of dust will accumulate in the fan and exhaust duct, which will affect the exhaust efficiency of the fan and cause a large amount of smoke and dust to be unable to be discharged.
Clean every month or so, loosen the connecting hose clamp between the exhaust pipe and the fan, remove the exhaust pipe and clean the dust in the exhaust pipe and the fan.
5、 Circuit system.:
The electrical parts of the chassis on both sides and at the tail shall be kept clean, and the power shall be cut off for inspection at intervals. The air compressor can be used for dust collection. When there is too much dust backlog, static electricity will be generated in dry weather and interfere with the signal transmission of the machine, such as graffiti, etc. If the weather is wet, the problem of circuit short circuit will occur, resulting in the machine can not operate normally. The machine needs to operate at the specified ambient temperature before it can run production.
matters needing attention
When carrying out maintenance work, the equipment must be turned off through the main switch, turned off and the key removed. Safety regulations must be strictly observed in order to avoid accidents. Since the whole equipment is composed of high-precision components, extra care must be taken in the process of daily maintenance, in strict accordance with the operating procedures of each part, and it shall be maintained by a specially assigned person. Barbaric operation is not allowed to avoid damaging components.
The environment of the workshop shall be dry and well ventilated, and the ambient temperature shall be 25 ℃± 2 ℃. Pay attention to prevent equipment condensation in summer and anti freezing of laser equipment in winter. The equipment shall be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from being subjected to electromagnetic interference for a long time. Stay away from the sudden large power interference of large power and strong vibration equipment. Large power interference sometimes causes machine failure. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as far as possible.
